Salon Envy USA LLC(“Salon Envy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit salonenvyusa.com, book appointments, or interact with our services, including SMS messaging.

• Personal identifiers: name, email, phone number, mailing address (when provided)
• Appointment information: services booked, stylist preferences, appointment history
• Payment information: handled by Square Inc. — Salon Envy does not store full card numbers; we may store the last 4 digits for reference
• Communication records: SMS opt-in records, text message history, email correspondence
• Website usage data: pages visited, browser type, IP address, cookies (where applicable)
• Information from social media: when you interact with our Facebook or Instagram pages

When you provide your phone number to Salon Envy through our booking form, in person, or by phone, you consent to receive text messages from us about your appointments and, if you’ve opted in, promotional offers. SMS messages may include appointment reminders, no-show outreach, retention offers, birthday greetings, special promotions, and exclusive deals. Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per month for promotional content. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. • Service providers: Square (payments and bookings), Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI assistant; name and contact only as needed)
• Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or government request
• Business transfers: if Salon Envy is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner subject to this Privacy Policy
• We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest for sensitive data such as bank account information, secure transmission via HTTPS, and access controls limiting employee access to personal data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Correction: request that we correct inaccurate data
• Deletion: request that we delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements
