Salon Envy USA LLC operates an SMS messaging program for clients of our hair salons in Corpus Christi and San Antonio, Texas. Through this program, we send appointment reminders, confirmations, no-show follow-ups, retention messages, promotional offers, exclusive deals, birthday greetings, and other communications related to our salon services.
3.How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Salon Envy by:
- Providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our booking form at salonenvyusa.com
- Texting START, YES, JOIN, or SUBSCRIBE to (888) 996-2793
- Verbally confirming opt-in to a Salon Envy team member during in- person or phone booking
4.Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Transactional messages (appointment reminders, confirmations) are sent as needed. Promotional messages are sent up to 4 times per month.
5.Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Salon Envy is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred by receiving our messages.
6.How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Salon Envy. After replying STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further messages from this program. To opt back in, reply START.

For help, reply HELP to any text message, email support@salonenvyusa.com, or call (888) 996-2793. We typically respond within 1 business day.
8.Supported Carriers
Compatible with major US mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and message history are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
10.Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older, or have parental consent, to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that the phone number you provide belongs to you and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.
11.Changes to Terms
Salon Envy may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
